MSF is an independent organization that accepts no political pressure, economic or military. Because our revenues depend primarily on the regular contributions of partners, we can assist victims whether or not notice and react as quickly in emergencies. Therefore, membership recruitment efforts is of vital importance to MSF.

Direct dialogue teams working on the streets to encourage people to collaborate as partners MSF, through:

• Awareness: raising awareness of the organization, its values and the work carried out in the field.
• Dialogue: Responding directly to the doubts and questions posed by our partners.
• The invitation to participate: talking in depth about the important role that partners have in the organization MSF, as a guarantee of economic independence and social legitimacy.
• The team members direct dialogue are the image of MSF in the street. Thus, they are always clearly identified, are prepared for the work they perform and receive continuous training on MSF.

How to join the team of direct dialogue

To join this team we need you to be a responsible person, committed to social goals, dynamic, flexible, and possess communication skills.

Currently direct dialogue teams are composed of more than 70 people who always work together and go out every day to energize the street or exhibitions to be the voice of the most neglected. MSF currently has permanent teams throughout the year in the cities of Barcelona, Bilbao, Madrid, San Sebastian, Seville and Valencia.

Through this work, everyday contact with more than 1,000 people to explain the humanitarian work of MSF and the importance of the figure of a partner for the independence of humanitarian action.
